The hotel is a good value with a convenient location next to shopping, movies, restaurants, and popular attractions like the zoo and museums. The building and rooms are nice, offering views of the mountains. The breakfast offers a huge variety of goodies.

Location is good.

The lady who runs the breakfast is very nice but she talks constantly at the very tip top of her lungs. It is so obnoxious! Way too loud and disruptive in the morning. The property seems to have done a renovation but it is minimal and poorly done. Lay off the carpet fresh!!! I booked a 4 night stay but cancelled after the first night and moved to another hotel.

Rooms here are decent and cozy, with nice beds that'll give you a good night's sleep. the staff really go out of their way to assist you, and the food is top-notch 👌. Just an awesome experience overall!

Bed was great, just not suitable for me and my husband. You should consider queen beds for the double rooms

The room was great with a thermostat that actually worked, a comfy sofa bed, and nice amenities like a coffee/tea maker and fridge.

We chose this hotel because it is a short walk to the streetcar line to go downtown. After staying there, we can say that it's really the only reason to choose this place. There must be somewhere better to stay in Denver!

First, their rooms are listed as "City" and "Mountain" view. The "City" view is of a building 100 yards (or less) across the parking lot. Booked a King Suite City View and ended up with a King Suite Parking Lot view because they put us on the lowest floor. The hotel is a terrible design because the nice rooms (King Suite as opposed to cheaper King) all face the building! We did get them to put us up on a higher floor. The HVAC system is airplane-loud, we had to turn it off to sleep. Breakfast is bedlam - loud, cramped, and poorly designed for service.

The staff was extra friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and typical of a "breakfast included" hotel.

This is kind of picky, but the breakfast area was very cramped--very loud/noisy. The hotel, unfortunately, experiences a LOT of street noise starting around 5 am

There was plenty of breakfast food out. Also, the lady working there was working very hard to eeep up & she done an amazing job!

The staff at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver Cherry Creek were very friendly, making our stay excellent. The room had a pull-out couch, a writing desk, and a comfortable bed. There were also plenty of great food options available.

The bed was good quality, and the location was only a few minutes away from great neighborhoods.

Our first room was noisy, next to the ice machine, but we were moved into a much quieter space. I used ear plugs for traffic noise. They need a handyman to update the scuffs and marks of use in the rooms.
